We are a family-run farming business in the high country of Canterbury, New Zealand
On four farms we run deer, Angus cattle, and half-bred sheep. We produce top quality venison, velvet, meat, wool and stud animals.
We run annual on farm wapiti stag sales in January and Angus bull sales in May/June.
The venison production is part of Mountain River Venison From Farm to Chefs Plate venture, an integrated deer farming, venison processing and marketing business committed to operating as a successful and sustainable team.
